We ship worldwide. Automatically the store will apply the relevant postage according to the country of the order. If there is an error in the stock system you will be notified to indicate it and it would be possible, in that case, to make an exchange or a return.

Shipping is free from € 39. Lower purchases shipping costs will be 5 euros.

If the problem is due to an error on the part of the customer "he is wrong to place the order" he will bear the shipping costs plus € 5 for administrative expenses. If the error was due to our company, the customer would receive the goods at no additional cost.

We guarantee that all our products are made with the raw materials, as well as their origin specified in our labeling.

No return will be accepted from one day after the delivery of the product.

All returns for defects in the packaging will be made to Postage paid and Turrones Esteban candela Espí will also return the product to Postage Paid.

Our shipments will be made within the interval between 48 and 72 working hours after receiving our confirmation email, through the transport companies or a means requested by the client.
